Audiometric Testing

ANOVAWORKS' certified hearing conservation technicians bring this service to your company's doorstep.  Employee screening services are completed efficiently with minimal time away from their work area.  Reports are then generated and delivered to your company with recommendations offered by our two physicians.

Cholinesterase Exposure Evaluation Screening

We provide cholinesterase screening services "on-site".  We bring this service to local orchardists, allowing pesticide applicators and handlers exposed to specific pesticides to be tested in an efficient and convenient manner.  The entire process from completion of paperwork to obtaining blood specimens typically takes less than five minutes per person.  We provide results to you with recommendations as indicated.  Follow-up testing is also provided for those employees who meet accumulative hours of exposure as mandated by Washington State.

Drug and Alcohol Screening

ANOVAWORKS' drug and alcohol technicians provide 24/7 drug screening services in our clinics.  In addition, we bring our services to your place of business to perform random testing of employees.  We provide NIDA and non-NIDA testing as well as breath alcohol testing to businesses and industries throughout Central and Eastern Washington.

Flu Vaccination Clinics

We come to your employees, offering an efficient vaccination clinic.  In some locations, we deliver over 300 vaccinations in one day.  When late summer comes, employers begin scheduling dates of their flu vaccination clinics.  A quick telephone call to either office secures your business a reservation in our vaccination schedule.

On-Site Employee Health Clinics

Developing and operating small health clinics at employers' place of business is our specialty.  We develop programs that meet the requests of employers, such as focusing only on evaluation and treatment of work related injuries and illnesses or developing a clinic that functions like a small urgent care clinic, where employees can be treated for personal health problems.    ANOVAWORKS designs programs that vary from one day per week to a clinic open Monday through Friday.  Our clinics may be staffed with nurses only, or a combination of midlevel providers and nurses.  Our clinics save employers and employees money.  We have testimonies from employers who have benefited from our services since 2004. 

 Respirator Certification Program

ANOVAWORKS' providers and nurses evaluate an employee's ability to wear a respirator safely.  Multiple factors are included in this critical analysis of the information provided by the employee and the employer.  As personal health and exposure risks are identified, the medical team thoughtfully considers these risks and make appropriate recommendations.
