Utilizing the Best Practices dramatically promotes positive patient outcomes from a work-related injury/illness. 

Thoughtful Decision-Making

Critical analysis of cases begins within the first few minutes of meeting a patient. We analyze work-relatedness of the medical problem, correlate history to the medical examination findings, and thoughtfully consider recommendations regarding job functions. We understand how these decisions may affect worker recovery and employer burden.

Timely Communication

Sharing information in a timely and accurate manner is one of our most valuable services. It is essential for employers who need information for meeting OSHA regulations and for providing the employee with suitable job tasks. The employee needs to understand what physical limitations may be needed to promote healing or prevent further health problems.

Cost Management

ANOVAWORKS IS KNOWN for saving money in the Worker's Compensation system.  We help eastern Washington employers control costs related to time loss. We participate in a study with the Center for Occupational Health and Education. Only 3% of our patients required time loss of more than 21 days. This compares to the average of other Eastern Washington participants of 14%. Allowing injured or ill employees to remain on the job, even in an alternate capacity, helps promote positive patient outcomes, diminish the potential of partial or permanent disabilities, and supports employers in controlling workers’ compensation expenses.

ANOVAWORKS comes to you. We provide many screening services at your place of business. This includes audiometric testing, substance abuse testing, job suitability examinations, respirator clearance certifications and cholinesterase and heavy metal exposure screening. In addition, we set up and operate employee health clinics in your workplace, saving employees and employers’ time and money.
