Working at AnovaWorks has provided me with the opportunity to work in an occupational health setting alongside a professional team and interact with individuals from a variety of workplaces and backgrounds. I especially value the opportunity to work with orchard workers and to better understand the unique demands of agricultural work, including the importance of accessible, respectful, and practical occupational health services.

After nearly six years with this company, I can honestly say that working here has helped me grow in so many ways, both personally and professionally. One of the things I love most is the support I’ve received throughout my time here. I’ve experienced firsthand how understanding and supportive the company can be during personal situations, especially when it comes to being there for my family and accommodating my children’s needs.

After working for over 2 years at Anovaworks as a Registered Nurse, I can still happily say I enjoy going to work every day. The community and network of coworkers is fantastic. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and flexible. The autonomy of my more rural position within the company has allotted me to gain confidence and independence within my role as a nurse. Leadership has always been available to assist promptly when necessary.
